Can I make a change after submitting my order online?
Yes, you can, but it must be done immediately. Because of our quick turnaround, orders submitted are plated and ready for production within hours.
Is a rush service available?
Normal shipping is 24 to 72 hours from order placement. If you require rush service, please check the rush order box at checkout.
How do I know if my order was received/shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order being placed and also when it ships.
Will the check background colors shown on the screen match the final product?
They are not an exact match, but are very closely representational
What kind of security features are included in my checks?
The security features provided exceed the requirements of the ABA. Features include but are not limited to: chemically reactive paper, screened check background, microprinted signature line, security warning border and more.
Can I receive a proof?
Yes. On our Standard Laser Checks, you can completely proof your order online, or if you require a hard copy, please The charge for a hard copy proof is $15.00.
What if my business is tax-exempt?
Please fax a copy of your valid state certificate to 269-492-9515 when you place your first order with us. You will then not be charged sales tax on that and all subsequent orders.
